How long does it take?
The homepage previews land in your inbox within 30 minutes, usually sooner. Once you pick one, building the rest of your pages takes a few hours because we check every one of them before you see it.
What if my current site is terrible?
That's the point. As long as it has your services and contact details, we have enough. If it's genuinely just a logo and a phone number, we'll ask you three quick questions instead.
Do I lose my domain or my Google reviews?
No. Your domain stays yours, and we keep your business name, address and phone number identical so Google doesn't miss a beat.
What happens to my blog, or my privacy policy?
Your privacy policy, terms and similar pages come across word for word, in the new look. Blog posts and news archives are not rebuilt; if you have a few that matter, tell us at checkout and we'll sort it.
Can I make changes myself?
With the WordPress site you manage everything yourself, and you get a walkthrough video showing how. On the monthly plan, you send an email and we make the change, usually the same day.
What if I want something changed?
On the monthly plan, plenty. Nothing is final: tell us what to move, swap or rewrite and we sort it out with you. The WordPress site is different: what you previewed is what gets built, and from then on it's yours to edit.
Is this made by AI?
Yes. That's how it takes 30 minutes instead of 5 weeks. The difference is that 17 years of building websites went into teaching it what good looks like. This is not your nephew pasting your logo into a chatbot. And a human still checks every page before it reaches you.
Who do I talk to if something breaks?
Email hello@fantasticwebsites.co. A real person answers, usually the same day. No ticket numbers, no chatbot maze.
What if I don't like any of them?
Then you paid nothing and spent ten seconds pasting a link. Try again with a note about what you'd want different, or walk away. No hard feelings.
